I have kept the Lordenshaws site map as simple as possible as access to the site is so obvious on site and is signposted clearly. The paths are grassed and cut through any areas of bracken.
The diagram here corresponds with the default aerial view on the Location page and you should be able to identify the features on the diagram by zooming into the Location map and scrolling the image.
The path from the car park runs close to the line of the deer park wall as marked on the diagram. The path then follows the trackway to the right into the fort or to the left, towards the main cup and ring marked rock. The path is marked and signposted and is obvious both on the ground and on the Location map.
